Pros

No pros only cons do not work at TRITORI

Cons

I’m so happy I’m no longer working at TRITORI! My career is thriving now that I found a new agency and real support! Be careful If you disclose you have a disability like adhd. They let me go the same day no explanation with no payment after I disclosed this to them and said they needed agents with focus in a public response to me. However, In the 5 days I worked there I had 5 appointments set and no one else in my training class had any appointments at that time. The leads were complete garbage. I’m so happy to be getting quality leads now that I’ve converted to actual clients! From the very start upper management was condescending and rude and were angry I asked some hard questions. They viewed my questions as negative a micro-agression based on my race, a perception, I found to be biased, that asking questions during training was negative. My questions other agents thanked me for asking they would only admit that in private. In the first few days at work I missed an update and executive management got irate when I asked how to do something. They shut off my leads when I didn’t watch a video about how discrimination can occur in the work place on the first day, but apparently it seems no one in upper management watched the video on discrimination as they treated me discriminatory for my race and my adhd disability. I asked TRITORI for patience and I asked for clarification. They were upset I was asking in the first week. I let them know I was bullied in group environments and they turned around and bullied me a little more. TRITORI management are all friends and family so it felt very high school all over again. It’s not a positive environment for agents to thrive and through all of that I was still setting appointments. A bully never wins and a company against one employee is in fact bullying. They claim to have fantastic leads and more leads than any other agency but those leads are horrible. Tritori lacks the real "focus" and care that clients and agents need. Agents, If you’re desperate for a low base salary that is taxed and also taxed commission then take it and leave as soon as possible. The executive management handled me just like they handle everything, poorly. They just called and said you’ve been terminated and never gave a reason. However, It was a relief. I’m so happy now to not have to deal with Tritori a agency that has nothing in place in the Atlanta office. There are several agents that had the same experience and that are planning to leave. They will learn that if they give agents the short end of the stick from low commission to no real technology in place and no tools like the correct MLS boards etc, etc , it will cost them in the long run. I want to warn other agents you deserve better than this place and there’s a lot of better options. I know there will be a snappy response from upper management because they aren’t professional. They spend their time on ridiculing individual’s, writing fake reviews online and collecting most of your commissions not actual progress and support.

TRITORI Group Response
3y
While we thank all current and former employees for taking the time to write a review for TRITORI and to provide productive feedback, we have already replied to this former employee's review - it has apparently been taken down and rewritten to scrub our reply. We again feel compelled to reply because much of this review contains false information: Connection Quality: our connections come from a premier online real estate portal and are shown to convert at higher ratios than just about any other lead source. One of our agents who was hired last month sold 4 homes in 30 days. The connections are very warm, and our team stands by them. It seems odd that this agent both claims that they were able to get 5 appointments in their first week and that the connections were not good. Also, for the record, this agent was definitely not the only person to set appointments with buyers in their first week. Showing all buyers, regardless of pre-approval for a mortgage or price point: it is our policy that our agents show the connections they receive, regardless of pre-approval. We firmly believe that it is a real estate agent's job to help walk potential buyers through the process of buying a home. Furthermore, we do not tolerate cherry-picking of connections based on price point, location, or any other factor that might dictate the size of the commission that the agent might receive. It is our view that doing so is digital redlining and greatly reduces access to the process of buying a home. This agent was made aware of this policy in training and refused to comply with it. Company Policy on Mandatory Training: We stand by our policy - all employees are required to complete anti-harassment and anti-discrimination training as part of their onboarding. This agent is correct, they did not complete the training and were not allowed to receive calls until they did. Commission Split & Compensation - TRITORI offers a competitive commission split for all agents that takes into account referral fees owed for connections and the base salary that agents earn. All agents are shown the commission split and compensation structure as part of the interview process. Our compensation is designed so that an average agent performing as expected and following our processes should expect to be in the top 25% of earners for real estate agents nationwide. Reason for termination: We would normally never discuss reasons for termination, but this former employee makes claims that are patently false and accuse us of wrongdoing that did not occur. This agent was terminated within their first week for several serious violations of corporate policy and concerns that those violations also violated state and federal Fair Housing provisions. This agent was argumentative about the policies in training, refused to comply with those policies with their buyers, and was disrespectful to several members of the team when they were questioned about it. This agent was fired for specific and definitive actions, not for asking questions or any other reason. TRITORI has only been open in Atlanta for roughly 120 days and we recognize that there are opportunities to improve and grow - we are constantly seeking to improve, and we value (and act on) constructive feedback. Additionally, we recognize that we are not a fit for everyone - our process requires full-time effort, focus, and personal accountability. TRITORI obviously wasn't for this agent, hence why they were terminated in their first week of work for repeated violations of corporate policies. We hold ourselves and our agents to high standards - that is what our clients deserve. If you like structure and process, you want to work high-quality warm connections, and you want to sell an average of 2 homes a month, then please reach out - we are hiring!

Pros

Exciting opportunity to offer buyer-focused brokerage services to a wider audience. Ongoing training, CE, and sales support built into the program along with leads. Getting in at the start of something big is exciting.

Cons

The metrics-driven, performance-based, we will coach you to success program may not be a fit for agents that prefer 4-hour lunch breaks and a work-when-I-want to approach. Changing paradigms is hard and rewarding work.

Pros

Great place to get leads & make money

Cons

Management is disorganized, and blatantly show favoritism, they force you to sign documents (NDA, post-employment referral agreements) or be fired and/or not be paid for pending/closed transactions. Those that complain or speak up or targeted & fired.
