Your point regarding quick promotions is an important one. We are growing and only hiring people without recruitment experience to achieve growth, meaning high performers (like you!) are being given more responsibility than they would elsewhere. This combination inevitably leads to greater pressure, and I feel we could do a better job at times of providing better support during the “lows” that recruitment unavoidably brings, so thank you for flagging this.
