Pros

Many good individual therapists with mostly good teamwork.

Cons

Management. Just horrible, comes from the top on down. Worked there 8 years and let go when lost many contracts. Was at less than hired pay rate for about 3 years. Finally was given a raise but really had to be a pain to get it. Employees are just numbers to management. Unless you are a registered therapist they consider you a dime a dozen.

Pros

Good place to get experience if you're at entry level. Free parking? Some people are genuinely wonderful, but a lot of the best have left.

Cons

Weak management, low pay, lack of mentorship. Shady stuff going on with bonuses-they promise you bonuses then don't tell you that they aren't paying bonuses until months after. The biggest reflection of the corporate culture, to me at least, is how people who are fired or laid off are made fun of during the annual Christmas party.

Pros

"Flexible" Schedule helps offset 1% of the cons. Good potential for short-term growth, but glass-ceiling is low. If you need a job, they'll hire you.

Cons

Low pay Heavy workload - difficult to take vaca because of workload and inability to rely on others High turnover - Lose quality workers and keep less quality Bottom line focused, employees are after-after thought Barebones benefits Low glass ceiling for upward movement Lack of resources/support Once you are good at something, you never get to expand your knowledge base Fake bonus structure - the "expected" is a bogus number Executive team plays by different rules than regular employees.
