      Micro-management at its worst.

      Pros

      Nice benefits, decent salary, superb location (for now.)

      Cons

      The higher ups are insistent on micro-managing everything that goes on. It's driving the employees mad, especially when they are good at doing their job in the time given to finish the work. If you want robots, that make the exact same moves at the exact same speed, buy some robots.

      Pros

      Work environment is not stressful. Upper management is accessible and down to earth. There are opportunities to express interest in new professional roles and pursue them, while still covering existing job responsibilities.

      Cons

      No major complaints. Only one might be that there is not a clear direction for "climbing the ladder."
