This dynamic created a sense of unfairness in task distribution, growth opportunities, and bonuses, which deeply affected team morale. • HR and Management Response: Despite raising concerns about these issues with HR, the response felt dismissive and failed to address the root problems. Management’s decisions seemed disconnected from the needs of the production team, and there was little urgency to improve communication or create a more equitable work environment.
