Pros

Great place to work, Friendly co-workers, warm environment, and just a good overall work culture. Opportunities available to work different departments and settle in to what you're good at. Snacks available in the kitchen for employees (circa 2019/2020 anyway). It's like being apart of a big family here.

Cons

If anything I'd have to say location. it's a beautiful spot but it's in Rancho Santa Fe, between Del Mar and Escondido, like exactly in the middle so it's a bit of a commute unless you happen to live in one of the mansions around there, lol!

Pros

I very much enjoyed my time with Truly 360! So much of what I did was a dream job, I travelled and got to meet really cool people from many different industries!! I know a lot has changed through this pandemic so unfortunately, my position is not currently available. I plan to jump back in when we are all through this!

Cons

Sometimes we would work long hours when we would travel, lots of evening events would be held. Super fun but really long days sometimes.

Pros

Truly360 has been a great place to work. I started as an entry-level account manager with only one year of digital marketing experience. During the interview process, it felt like they really prioritized getting to know me, my values, interests, and see if I was a good match to their culture. Once hired, I found there are many opportunities for professional growth plus cross-training is something they value. You are encouraged to visit local clients, shoot virtual tours, travel to DMO's, and bring your creative ideas to the table.

Cons

Truly360 is a sales oriented business and gives employees a lot of freedom to work on their own. If you are someone who struggles with too much autonomy, it could be seen as a con. Sometimes you may get distracted just because the culture is a lot of fun and the people you work with are so friendly.
