Family-like atmosphere. Decent pay and working hours.

Cons

Family-like atmosphere. It's like a whole bunch of family members who can't agree on anything and management has a very hard time making a decision and sticking to it once anyone complains. Directions and plans keep changing.

Managers have their own sales quotas, putting them in direct competition with sales reps. Also too much nepotism within the company.
