Weekly payout, you'll meet new friends.

Cons

Working here means prioritizing sales numbers above all else including the quality or "cleanliness" of the sale. Management encourages a "dirty work" approach but will quickly wash their hands of you to protect the company's image if a client complains. They want fighters who can defend themselves, because the company certainly won't defend you unless you are personally close to them. It's a "disposable employee" model that values profit over people.

•They sent agent Home as early as 2hours of shift if not making atleast a sale per hour •Manager pressuring agent to get sale even though that they cant control live contacts since its an outbound •They wont discusss the sent home thing during signing contract •Bond for not staying with the company for a whole year •Mandatory ot and rdot
