Disrespectful Executive Team

Pros

The passion the employees have for the brand is infectious, but that feeling soon fades away when you realize that you're just a number to the executive team.

Cons

The executive team is so out of touch and disrespectful when it comes to communicating with the employees. You'd think that having ridiculously high turnover at the VP level would be a sign that they need to change, but it's been years of the same attitude and treatment. Good luck trying to accomplish anything here, because any type of progress you try to make for the betterment of the company will be blocked. If you don't work in a position that directly generates revenue like the tech side of the business does, your position will be questioned every.single.day. The Washington Post came out with 2 negative articles within a year - that should be enough of a sign to stay as far away as possible.

Pros

-Cool Office -Lunch/Dinner provided daily -Snack and beverage in pantry -A lot of dedicated hard working people

Cons

-Unpredictable C-suite team - especially CEO. -All authority, no leadership -No collaboration -People are a metrics and a number on a spreadsheet. -People are collateral for bad decisions made by executives.
