Great recruiting company. Scott Graham was instrumental throughout the whole interview and onboarding process. Like a big brother helping me along the way. I couldn’t thank him enough. I would definitely recommend him and TSR.

There are no pros, they are non-transparent about your rate and how much of it they take (steal) from you.

Cons

Where to begin? Not a single paid day off unless you state legal requires them to pay for sick days. No paid time off, no paid holidays, everything comes out of your salary. The pay is EXTREMELY low by consulting standards and even after years they will not take es of your rate, they are the definition of greedy. Also, the insurance is horrible, it covers NOTHING. I spoke to my healthcare and dental billers who said the coverage was the worst they had ever seen. They pay the lowest reimbursement rate possible, a truly evil company.
