      Terrible management, capability and resource

      Job Security, free soft drink and snack.

      Cons

      Management dose not work. Capability of manager is poor, loves micromanagement. Management loves Staffing business, not IT. Resource shortage. (Because blight person leave from these reason.)

      Pros

      They don't fire anyone so once you get hired you literally only have to show up and have a pulse to collect a pay check.

      Cons

      This company abuses the H1B program in order to keep employee salaries in the engineering department very low and refuse to pay fair value based on market rate. Management is not technical and provides zero assistance at resolving technical issues. CEO only cares about sales numbers and has zero understanding of how to grow an IT services company.
