      Working at university as a researcher open new opportunities to research in various topic, You will be a bit more flexible with your work, there is no direct stress from your boss, and most likely you will work on 3rd external project, where you will ll responsible for the whole project, and the temp how you work

      you do not only do research, you also be a project manager, have to supervise students, hire people, write project proposals, (optionally) write your PhD thesis, or papers
