Pros
Good company culture, never felt negative pressure or anything like that. Good opportunities for upward career growth, chances to work on cross-team projects and clear job role definitions. Engaging work from a technical standpoint Good managers who will work with you to meet your goals for the year.
Cons
Feature work is prioritized pretty heavily so it's hard to find the time to address tech-debt.
