Pros

No pros. Bad pay. Scamming people everyday. I will say the people I worked with were nice though

Cons

Bad place to work. Lots of micro managing. My biggest complaint is the way the business is set up is to scam their "members". The attorneys that are contracted by tvc are trash and most are fresh out of law school. There were also quite a few attorneys who had been in trouble with the BAR Association too. Tvc claims to wipe tickets of drivers records but very rarely are tickets ever dismissed. Tvc lies to the drivers and will tell them "we will clean your record and dismiss the tickets" when tickets are very rarely ever dismissed...then drivers call in upset constantly because they were scammed. I felt like I was scamming people everyday. Managmemt also sends out crazy prayer emails all while scamming the drivers. Tvc also does not care about their employees which explains the very high turnover rate. Pay is terrible as well. Do not work here unless you do not have a conscious and dont mind scamming peoples hard earned money.

Pros

There are no pros. None.

Cons

Management is just simply crazy, they will e-mail you prayers at your work e-mail, but in tye same time teach you how to scam people. Management is constantly harrasing employees, very hard to get anything, forget about a day off, a raise, very low pay. Have to deal with a lot of angry customers that were lied to.
