      It's ok place.

      Pros

      It was great working with staff, children and their families. It is also good stepping stone to learn and 401k matching.

      Cons

      Poor management. There were some management that I thought were great but there were others who were not supportive and didn't follow through on certain things. Didn't feel they value staff.

      Pros

      The people you work with. Vacation time, and snow days. Company appreciation day once a year. That is about it.

      Cons

      Just about everything. Low pay. A lot of responsibility for that little pay. A very mismanaged organization. More than likely because they don’t pay enough. There is a ton of turn over, very little assistance. If there is an issue with something you feel more that you are causing a problem then helping a problem be solved.
