Pros
I truly enjoy the everyone I work with. Collaborating to tackle very difficult new challenges is one of my favorite things to do since I get to see everyone shine with their input and ideas. Seeing the success of our collaboration come to life is an accomplishment for us all. There is never a dull day, and everyone is open to new ideas.
Cons
The only thing that would make this job better was if it was located on the beach.
