      Amazing to be at the heart of the national broadcaster

      A sketchy HR culture that's quietly anti-union, doesn't mind burning through people to achieve their aims, and bends over backwards to foster toxic managers who get results.

      Work is varied and interesting for field camera work

      Everyone feels like there is an axe over their head in the regions, mostly centralised in Auckland, mismanaged at every step in my employment, working in news is hard to plan your life around (no notice travel and overnight stays are normal)
