Pros
Company mission of saving lives has been transformative to my life. Working somewhere that you can make a difference in the world is a huge part of why you should work here. The company culture is also amazing. I feel enormous ownership over my work!
Cons
The pay is zero. I have joked many times about the amount of time I spend here, but the culture and fulfilling work make it worth the time spent.
