Worst HR Department

Pros

1.Good opportunity to utilize our skills with new techologies. 2.CEO and COO are too friendly with all levels of employees and professional strict. 3.Good management team except HR department. 4.Worst HR Policies.

Cons

1.No prper policies. They change policies as per the situation and persons. 2.If you are a member of the HR team or HR favorites or HR relative you will get all the benefits. If not you will get nothing and they starting to follow the policies only with you. 3.If you leave the company when they need you they will give a nagative feedback in background verification. 4.If there is any conflict between you and HR, they would abuse you. 5.Few positive comments here are being posted by employee asked to do by HR team.

Worst Staffing Company

Pros

You get salary on time, and nothing else.

Cons

This is a staffing company, and request not to join here until you wanted to be in hell. Lots of people leave within 6 months after they join. They don't have any long term projects. HR's will beg you to join, and call you several times before you join to confirm, and after you join you will know the real status, that its not a services company, and it is just a Staffing company, and HR and management will try to work hard to just do the Billing, and a staffing company. Just hire and fire policy, when you are not in project. They fired lots of people in the month of December 2019, even 3 years of experience people are fired. So, join if you wanted to really screw up your profile. Even HR's are quitting their job, but they give false promises to hire you, and later you know even HR's searching for the job, as there are lots of politics.

Very worst organisation

Pros

They will conduct lot of Engagement activities just hide from others mistakes. One side they will hire many people and in other side HR will fire people without giving notice and not giving proper reason. No PIP no process..simply terminate people...

Cons

Very worst....they used to harrase people like anything and terminate people...Simply political organisation. Instead of running an IT organisation,they can start political company and be successful at least in the future..
