Pros

There is absolutely no good reason to work for this morally bankrupt company unless you like the feeling of being micro-managed, demoralized and defeated every day no matter how hard you work. You would only enjoy working here if you thrive in a toxic work environment, like the feeling of walking on egg shells or enjoy the fear of being fired any minute for any little thing hanging over your head constantly.

Cons

Everything. Unemployment would be better than working for this company. The owners are the most untrustworthy people I’ve ever met. They treat their employees like pawns and only care about lining their own pockets. Management micro-manages to the extreme wanting to know where you are every second of the day yet they’re unaccountable and unreachable when you have a question or need guidance – there is NO leadership whatsoever! Without question, they set their employees up to fail by making the sales quotas completely unachievable then they hand out performance warnings like candy when those quotas are not met. And if by some small miracle you actually manage to make your quota, they change what they’re going to pay you without any notice. You just happen to find out when you get your commission check months later that it’s a lot less than what you were expecting. They change policies and fire people on a whim especially if anyone besides them starts making any money. There is zero communication, direction or guidance from the VP and 2 owners. Their only credibility resides in their job titles as opposed to demonstrated excellence and leadership. They are paranoid, secretive and non-trusting of every employee who has the misfortune of working for them. The benefits are practically nonexistent. All you get is one week of vacation a year so you have to wait until December to take a full week off. They offer only 5 paid holidays, 2 sick days and 1 personal day a year. Do yourself a favor and don't even consider working for this company!

Pros

At least there is free parking.

Cons

Micromanaged, uneducated management when it comes to lighting. The products are not UL listed and all of the ratings are fabricated. When you ask for copies of the certifications, they never produce them. The company is extremely cheap; if you want coffee, bring your own k cups from home. Benefits are horrible and turnover is extremely high.

Pros

I guess there is always something worse but can't be too many things. Unemployment

Cons

Where do I start. I came in as a salesman and with no support, guidance or leadership but results were expected. As the top salesman for the company I thought I was doing well but without warning I was fired. Don't expect any sakes support. This is a terrible place to work regardless of your experience.
