I can say confidently that TWD has a leadership team that is approachable and proactive HR/Admin staff that foster inclusive workplace through team building activities. 5. TWD also has a strong commitment to developing early-career talent through meaningful co-op opportunities, with students having the chance to transition into full-time roles.

1. I'd suggest that TWD strengthen collaboration across offices in Canada, USA, and Greece to build stronger connections across the organization. 2. I'd also suggest continuous investment in technical development to support employee growth.
