Pros
The technical group were nice and helped where they could. Seniors in the roles loved to see people improve and were all about teamwork. Nice to feel involved and part of a team
Cons
Culture was a bit hard. Personally I experienced harsh, foul language direct from the higher ups in the company and unfortunately this was met with no action from HR. Dismissals often took place even if employees were performing quite well. Pressure to perform and work outside normal business hours often went without compensation. I worked hard and often was looked over for promotions which was not motivating. Lack of movement in roles was often explained by 'industry standards' from HR and culture took a big hit because of this. I hoped to have a better experience here.
