Cons

Horrible management and a toxic working environment. They will let you go in a minute without notice. Gossip environment. Owners and senior employees are bullies. There are no upward career opportunities.

The benefits that TXT give its employees are fantastic. Especially for someone who travels a lot, the 100% remote work, and ability to work a 4-day week after a week's service is truly incredible. Personally, the exposure and experience from speaking to senior executives at the world's biggest companies is something I really enjoy. The team at TXT is also very close, the employees really support each other. Although working at TXT can be intense, if you are open, honest and able to communicate effectively with management, you will receive a lot of support. The company is focused on higher value work, not higher volume of work.

Cons

As with any job, there are good days and bad days. The work can be intense, demanding clients and demanding management. A lot of policies and procedures and not written down/clearly communicated, and can change day to day, which can be problematic.

Opportunity to converse with highly successful people at the top of their filed. Opens the door to live and work abroad, soaking in another culture and stepping outside your comfort zone. Develop skills in negotiation, interviewing, sales and market knowledge.

Cons

Management are awful, rude human beings. Your success is dictated by the projects they are willing to assign you and how well you can navigate the management team. At times it can be a highly toxic work environment but it did show signs of improving so hopefully they are learning from their mistakes and listening to their people.
