      Pros

      - welfare, money for team bonding - young team and good colleagues - flexible - compulsory training hours for employees

      Cons

      - pay is little, not equivalent to workload and pressure. be prepared to OT with no overtime pay. no work-life balance, will still be sent tasks on off and leave days. - turnover rate is high, boss is ignorant to how employees feel. - disorganised company with no structure, communication is messy. - boss has low emotional intelligence and poor listening skills. - weekly meeting is a toxic blame game. - lack of transparency in career progression, no clear path - overlooks employees' feedback, or is shortlived. - has not reward employees accordingly

      1. Open culture 2. Festival welfare and birthday cake for staff 3. Young colleagues

      Cons

      1. Weekly toxic meetings blaming each other and Tai-Chi style between departments, or acting innocent. 2. Disorganized company and even SOP is set but some folks are not clear and kept asking. Asking same question repeatedly, no efficiency 3. Boss like to message after working hours, from 9pm to 3am.
