      The view of the harbor is a pro.

      Cons

      The school has become run like a business, and the faculty are viewed as pawns in a game of how to keep the school running when money is too tight to pay teachers well and give them a high quality of life for the 24/7 job they do.

      Location is nice, pay is decent

      Cons

      This year they are letting go of 8% of their employees because of budgetary concerns. It has been mismanaged for a long time and continues to be mismanaged.
