Some managers genuinely care and support the employees.

Cons

But good managers are rare here. Most of the people in the management are the exact opposite. They are the kind of managers who think only about their own interests and steals credit from their employees whenever they can. It's a shame since the good ones are really good and do not deserve to be in the same position as the awful ones.

Pros

There are some people here at the company which really care and try to help. However, they are far and few between and they are trying to find their way out of the company.

Cons

Be prepared for everything long hours and you're often called at night or weekends to fix problems the customers are complaining about. Lacks compassion, empathy or personal time. If they need something done, they will contact you at a funeral or on vacation, if they have to. I've also witnessed people being easily disposed when no longer needed.
