- Near the end, the higher ups focused more on the bottom line than people. - Extreme micromanagement. - Lack of respect by superiors. - Unreasonable expectations. - I worked with a few very unprofessional coworkers who had no boundaries in terms of topics of discussion. Personal life things that shouldn’t be mentioned at work. - Required overtime without additional compensation. Some very long days for specific annual events.
