I was selected for an interview via video call. On the day of the interview I sat and waited for 15 min while no one else was online. I reached out to the talent specialist to inquire if the interview was indeed still on and if the position was active - I got no response. I decided to check back in case the interviewer was running late, however, no one showed up. Very disappointing experience overall. It’s understandable if the position was filled but it’s unethical to ghost active candidates that are still within your talent pool. If the candidate experience is any indication of company culture (it is), I would steer clear of Tacombi.
