      It was a horrible experience and I wouldn’t have the heart to allow anyone that was truly my friend to be part of this disaster!

      Cons

      The worst company I have ever worked for in my 32 year career. We were lied too and never able to see accurate numbers. This caused us to never make commissions or very mimnimal commissions. The management was the worst that I’ve ever been part of. I would completely stay away from this company if you art approach by them. The pay is poor, limited benefits, and it’s hard to communicate to the Asian family who does not speak fluent English.

      Immediate coworkers were genuine. Middle management tries.

      Cons

      Ownership and upper management is misguided and lost. Poor decisions have been the cause of lost jobs. Failure to follow through on promised new items costly to customer relationships. 3 pay structure changes in 18 months.

      They hire great employees to work with.

      Cons

      They work you super hard...get the best out of people. Once the owner can replace you with a family members from China, they let people go. Very unstable work environment at the whole company. This year in 2017 owner let go the ENTRIE STAFF of productive Sales Reps, without any warning, without any kind of severance pay. Owner has replace the sales staff with family members from China. Sales Reps got kicked to the curb, without any kind of "Thank You". Owner is buying up small companies in Southern California... so "she" can undercut direct suppliers and other companies. Greedy Greedy!!!
