      Great benefits, poor leadership

      Pros

      - Ability to work remotely - Health care covered at 90% - High commission rate

      Cons

      - Minimum communication from leadership - No clear direction on anything account-related - Management expects you to seek without providing any assistance - No room to voice your opinion. If the Chief Revenue Officer makes a decision, you have to stick by it - Leadership is very rude in how you speak. They will tell you that you’ve pissed them if you tell them anything negative (which is most of the company) - High turnover rate.

      Pros

      Great company benefits are great. Nice office location. Growing very fast but burning through money. Only works with SFDC and they have own application.

      Cons

      Beware!! I was recruited out of my last company after being a top AE for five years. They only gave me 57 workdays and then fired me. Dont trust CRO and sales management!! They don’t have as many customers or users. Do your homework before joining. Burning through Sales AE lots of turnover they only are looking for your rolodex.

      Pros

      Enterprise level sales experience and having a great team to guide you to success. Innovative product & Company where the sky is only the start of our limits. Great company culture. Since I started here at Tact my skills have taken leaps and bounds. Able to break into the fortune 500 with little to no known interest. Truly a career changing experience with room to grow.

      Cons

      None. To some because it is a start up you have to be able to adjust to change. I love it!
