The single weak point in the company is the CEO. Every person who has left the company has done so directly because of him; whether it was his lack of leadership, unwillingness to listen to subordinates recommendations (who usually knew better than he what needed to happen), or simply his lack of professionalism. The company will never grow successfully with him at the helm.
