Some very good people who were friends, but who would not stand up for themselves or anyone else in this terrible environment

Cons

Back biting, ridiculous compensation and credit system, no interoffice help, Ohio complex - We're TAFT - Got news for you guys William Howard (who actually was NOT affiliated with this firm) and Robert Senior have been dead a long time. Your firm is a shadow living off old glory with pretentions that blow up in the face of some very limited legal talent and low class behavior.

I’m sure there’s some, but the fact they didn’t fire a lawyer who slept with her unstable client negates any.

Cons

Unethical. Didn’t fire an attorney who slept with her mentally unstable client while representing him. Client committed suicide.

High school atmosphere. Much gossip. Favoritism is rampant. Marginally talented attorneys and some are just downright mean and arrogant. Management takes for fact petty gossip. Mean-spirited culture. Favoritism is rampant
