      I can't think of any pros to this company.

      Taher for as much as they pride themselves on being chef driven still seves the same rehashed bad food you always here about for school lunches. Premade instant potatoes ,frozen veg premade ready to cook products so if you are a chef and want to be proud of what you serve run away don't even look at this company. I read the glassdoor reviews I took a chance I wish I hadn't and I am actively looking to move on. Training with this company is a joke it doesn't exist they blame it on the pandemic now but reviews here and elsewhere well before the pandemic say the same thing. There is no corporate support make sure if you take a job here to get ever bit of communication in writing.

      Pros

      The position was enjoyable and fun to interact with students and staff.

      Cons

      I was given absolutely no training, but handed a set of keys to all the schools in the district and was told to start. The corporate office complained about what and how I was handling the schools but never once gave me any guidelines to the procedures that work for the company. Would not return calls or emails and then get upset over decisions that were made.
