      Mission-driven company but lacks structure and training

      Pros

      Nice company as far as their mission and digital impact.

      Cons

      Absolutely no true structure with SOPs. Daily tasks are just thrown at you with no proper training and you are just expected to either figure it out or worry about being put on a PIP.
