Pros
.... I really can't think of any. They took a company that was tee'd up for them and changed everything without understanding what was required.
Cons
Mismanagement of companies, no regard for customers, vendors or employees. An unfathomable lack of understanding of industries they "buy" into. They laid off 400 + people and didn't even have to offer Cobra... these are some slick corprate players who couldn't care less about quality, customers or employees. As stated win or lose they still get the write-offs.
