Hire and fire policy in 3 months. More PF will be deducted (more than 3600 per month). Old managers with old strategies. Will never allow you to do subs. Partiality in the environment. Only few favourite recruiters are allowed to submit even if the resumes are not a match. They will make you manipulate candidate's resume in such a way as if the candidate took birth to apply for that particular job which you are offering. If you don't manipulate your resume then your resume will be rejected.
