      Pros

      Small in Europe so big opportunity to take ownership. Some very long serving knowledgable employees. Two very good new ish senior managers with energy and some vision.

      Cons

      No direction : conflict of ownership between Japan, USA and Europe. Still suffering inefficiencies post takeover. Staff work in silos. Some resistance to change from long servers. Europe and USA currently in turnaround so very low morale
