utterly incompetent leadership lack of direction hectic impulsive initiatives lack of integrity unwilling to invest in employees unrealistic expectations set with nothing in place to support employees Goal post was seemingly moved every single week. One week, we'd set a game plan on Monday and execute it throughout the week, then come next Monday, leadership happened to see a Linkedin post they liked, and we'd totally scratch everything we talked about and game planned the week prior. Impulsivity was a theme here during my short stint. Leadership severely lacks social skills and the ability to relate to others learning the industry Takeoff operates in. Any questions we asked were met with sarcasm and a belittling response. Disorganized and lacks prioritization across the board. Ai will likely have this place out of business very soon anyway. Look elsewhere for employment if you know whats best for you.
