Pros

Casual, Access to Expertise They are good at certain elements of marketing: social and search ads + SEO Gives you direct experience speaking and working for interesting companies.

Cons

You may not fit in, and that will decide everything. Can be a cold environment despite its tight knit size. Leadership is rather paternal with a distracted founder who is spread too thin. Collaboration does not come naturally. Team members seemed disengaged/disempowered in the creative process.

Pros

Their office space is absolutely gorgeous. Top notch design and very easy on the eyes. Employees are given free snacks and drink, which makes it very easy to continue your work when you get too hungry or thirsty. When you've got some free time, there's an office ping pong table and a bunch of friendly faces to play against. Just as long as you get all your work done, you have absolute freedom here. They've also been very flexible with the schedule, and have even let me work from home from time to time.

Cons

Laziness is not tolerated in the office. If you aren't getting your work done or slacking off, you will hear from someone. Deadlines are also extremely important, and missing deadlines is not excusable.

Great, supportive team. Interesting clients. Access to experts in their fields. Fully remote work, occasional in-person gatherings. Truly unlimited PTO. Low turnover.

Cons

It could be too fast paced for some. Remote work is a double edged sword - possible to feel isolated if you're not actively reaching out to others in the company.
