- Toxic environment. The management has an agenda of not giving bonuses and reducing costs and asked the managers to put the employees as under performing. - No work life balance. They expect you to be on call without getting paid and be available whenever they ask you. - No remote or hybrid working. They announced one day in advance that we need to return to the office full time, but they don't have any parking for employees. (Only the management has allocated parking spaces). - Lots and lots of useless meetings and they still expect you to deliver like you wouldn't have the meetings. - I have never had as many meeting with my manager in my entire career as I had here. They keep trying to find negative things to give you as a feedback so they don't have to increase your salary that year. No opportunity to grow. - No salary increase in 3 years. - A lot of pressure from business since the new CTO came into place. He is not able to handle the stakeholders. - Bad culture, you just need to fight the other colleagues to get a good review at the end of the year.

I wish there was an option to give negative rating on Glassdoor, but sadly it doesn't have. This is my chance of giving opportunity to other people to think 100 times before joining Talabat, Specially in Tech & Product. Why you might want to join Talabat: 1. If you are happy with your life and want to ruin it and want to get stressed. Then join Talabat. 2. If you want to experience a Super Toxic Culture then join Talabat. They talk about Product Engineering, nobody understand what is product engineering, how to implement it whether it works or not. 3. If you no longer want growth in your life then join Talabat, the management only sees mistakes and try to find ways to demean you and find reasons to not acknowledge your work. 4. Management sees employees as disposable assets, They think there are 100 out there to join Talabat and hence don't care about current employees. 5. No physiological safety, everybody is scared of getting fired.
