      My experience with the county is that they are very flexible and accommodating with your needs. Insurance is great.

      Outdated infrastructure is present, sometimes worry about cybersecurity.

      The healthcare and time off are fantastic.

      The salary is low, at least to start. We did get a Christmas bonus pf $250-500.
