The business manager creates fantastic home environments for children. IT staff are extremely knowledgeable and always generous with support. Senior nursing staff are easily accessible and very supportive. Regular meetings with other unit's to share information.
Cons
Micromanagement creating an environment that is toxic to work in . If anything raises a red flag to HIQA instead of using good practice to lower the flag and improve services they burn staff. New management is controlling, paranoid and willing to destroy others to cover their mistakes. Workload is unreasonable. HR close ranks if you need support with management. Bullying is tolerated. Lots of covering up and talking over negative feedback. Using semantics to avoid reality.
