Good company culture The money (if you can sell) The parties Educational resources The training is applicable in many other areas of life If you are serious about living a corporate sales lifestyle this will be an excellent first step

Literally the only thing is the people are nice. But that’s not putting bread on the table.

It’s door-to-door, not B2B. They can jazz it up however they want to make it seem great, but it was one of the worst jobs I’ve had. Pay is all commission- even that is not set in stone when you make a sale. Even if the person returns/cancels their product- there goes your pay for the week. No benefits until you’re a higher authority (which could take at least a year) Long work hours. Literally Mon-Sat for 12 hours, then they constantly want you to come out after work. Work literally becomes your social life. You have to have your own car and drive everywhere Pyramid scheme
