      The only pro is the exposure and working in different industries

      Cons

      - the clients are the acids not the advisors - poor on boarding and handover process for the new employees - will make you feel that you are the worst - very high workload without any appreciation - no stability - poor salaries

      Initial onboarding was organized A few colleagues were supportive

      Poor and unprofessional management, especially once I submitted my resignation No clear workflow or structured system Unreasonable expectations placed on employees during their probation period Overly micromanaged handover process with unrealistic demands—despite blaming me for leaving after one month when they themselves waited that long for me to start Management became hostile as soon as I gave my notice

      No mentors available “ business partners are always busy” excessive workload , poor management, extra tasks or overload is not acknowledged ,promised incentives and transportation allowances without actually clarifying the system , no detailed feedback
