      As we have stated previously, we care as much about our employees and their experience as we do about delivering great, custom solutions for our clients. All of the partners understand the importance of work-life balance, solid pay, and offering our employees a chance to get actual consulting experience on a myriad of IO related projects for both our smaller and larger clients. We really want to keep the company fun and maintain our boutique firm atmosphere. Thanks for leaving feedback!
