      Why am I still working at Talent Trader Philippines?

      Pros

      The management has a clear and transparent expectation towards all newbies. They shared clear career path and how you will get up to corporate ladder. There is a monthly employee engagement which makes the environment balance over work. Top employee will always be rewarded monthly and of course the food is free. The Vietnam trip recently was also one of the highlights in our benefits.

      Cons

      Some newbies are leaving. Why? They find themselves not fit to this kind of job. The job is not for everyone. If you are too soft and not having a thick skin you will not survive to this kind of job. But good thing that the HR manager is sharing this expectation prior the hiring process.

      Promotions here aren’t about tagal mo sa company or palakasan—no under-the-table stuff. If you perform, you move.

      Pros

      Talent Trader Group Philippines really gets GenZ culture. Kahit mix of Gen X and millennial managers, there’s literally no awkward generational gap—they know how to meet us where we are and actually listen. Hindi yung “back in my day” vibes, more like guidance + trust.

      Cons

      KPI. But know that most corporate jobs has metric system for you to be regular and become permanent employee. To those who says KPI are unachievable, maybe because company has high expectations from you specially if you have prior experience. Or if non-experienced, maybe this job is really not for you.

      Pros

      If you are results-driven, this is a good place to be. The commission and incentives are attractive, and hard work is recognized. The environment can be competitive, but that also pushes you to improve.
