Pros

Fully remote. That's really the only pro.

Cons

Dishonest about salary (you will either make the salary or get fired since it is commission heavy), at least one person fired every other month (the team is smaller than 20 folks). You will be working 50 - 60 hours per week and be ready to spam individuals to respond (thousands of outreaches per week). The ones who are successful will need a sales background and thrive under an unreasonable amount of pressure (the founders are heavily involved and micromanage all the employees). Potentially the worst company I have ever worked for (Subway restaurants are more organized).
