      Pros

      Good work life balance as a remote employee.

      Cons

      Horrible organization that is going downhill FAST! They just laid off 20 employees and left all their clients that were being supported by these individuals out to dry. No raises or promotions in YEARS and the company is losing money faster than you can breathe. Management does not care about anyone but themselves and poor hiring decisions have brought the company down. The management that is left to run this place only cares about themselves and noone else.

      It's been exciting to watch Talent Fusion be a major part of the change and play a part in that every single day. (Especially over the last year) Talent Fusion leadership gives the team the opportunity to take on exciting responsibilities and run. Everyone can take the lead in their own way and make a difference. This is SO important for me professionally. Because of this we are growing, we are building loyal customers and celebrating wins on a daily basis internally. I can't wait to see what else we can do!
