Pros
- People are great. Team members are very helpful and friendly. - Bosses are caring, trusting and provide good mentorship. - Bosses are open to criticism, new ideas and suggestions. - Lots of learning and exposure to consulting and HR. - Lots of autonomy and freedom, if you prove your worth. - Flat hierarchy and structure, encourages independence and flexibility. - Internal problem solving training very useful and is a very transferable skill - personally use it in day-to-day life
Cons
- Mostly HR consulting projects at the moment, but with expansion plans, hopefully there will be more opportunities for other types of consulting projects in the future!
