TalentMarketplace provides a very open and accommodating culture allowing me to work from wherever I want. Learning and trying new things is encouraged which means I have the opportunity to try new technologies. There is plenty of opportunity to grow and develop my career. The whole team is very nice and management is very kind.

Cons

It's a small startup so some processes and systems aren't super mature but that means there's opportunity to develop them!
